Wine Holder Fused Cloisonne' 7/20

Learn the art form of glass engraving inside 18kt gold patterns on black glass with just a Dremel tool.  Students will be using the black glass with gold pattern pictured in that sample unless they request another color or pattern in advance.  Students will then fill in their engraving with highly pigments enamels for a true Cloisonne' look.  Pumpkin Glass will fire the pieces to slump, and polish the enamels, and drill the finished holes for the wine bottle for pick-up the following week.  Pieces are 11" x 3 1/2".

Skill:  Beginner  - It is recommended that students have a fairly steady hand to do the engraving and good eyesight.  

Class Fee: $25 due upon registration 

Kit Fee: $45   Additional: A dremel is required for this class, so bring one with you.  I will provide the diamond bit to each student to use for engraving. We do have two dremels here for use if you want to reserve one.  First come, first served.
