Terms & Conditions

Classes
Class fees are prepaid and non-refundable unless we can fill your slot with a someone from the waiting list for that particular class or if the class is cancelled.

Shipping 
We do our best to provide you with affordable shipping. Your shipping charge is an estimated amount based on the size and weight of items orders.  The actual shipping cost and any package costs of your order will be added to the order. Note that first class mail shipping does not include insurance.  Priority and Express Mail prices include insurance for items up to $50.  Please email any shipping inquiries to bruce@pumpkinglass.com.

Order Processing
Orders are processed on a first-receipt basis, Monday thru Saturday (excluding US holidays). Processing time may vary from 1 to 3 business days after you place your order. Rush order processing is not available at this time. Please allow 5-10 business days to receive your order. However, it is likely that your order will arrive in a more timely fashion. If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know.

Returns/Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved within 30 days of receipt. Custom jewelry is not returnable.  No returns or exchanges will be made for purchases older than 90 days. Email bruce@pumpkinglass.com for a RA (return authorization number), and return form. We will replace any defective item. There is a 20% restocking fee for any returns without defect. There is no fee for exchanges. Product must be in new condition, unopened, and unused. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returned, items. A copy of your original receipt and the return form must be included in the returned package for proper processing. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns Associated with Substandard Product or Shipping Errors
In the event that Pumpkin Glass ships products with defects or products that were not part of the order, Pumpkin Glass will issue the customer a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping labels so that the items in question can be returned at our expense. Customers should report such issues and request RA's by emailing bruce@pumpkinglass.com. Upon receipt of returned shipment, we conduct a Quality Assurance test to determine the appropriate resolution. If the customer received defective goods, we will send a replacement at no cost. Shipping charges related to the original order will not be refundable.

Security Policy
Your private information is secure with an SSL certificate. SSL, or Secure Sockets Layer, which enables secure online business by encrypting your credit card numbers and any other confidential information that may be transmitted to and from our site. 

Privacy Policy
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We many collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
